Coventry City loanee Luis Binks has ‘expressed’ a desire to leave Bologna on a permanent basis this summer, as per CoventryLive.
Coventry City landed the defender on loan last July and has made 23 appearances in all competitions this season, 18 of which came in the Championship. He is now due to return to his parent club and his future is up in the air.
Binks, 22, has two years left on his contract at Bologna which means a transfer fee will be required in order to lure him away from the Serie A outfit. The Italian club have a big decision to make on what to do next with him ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
The Sky Blues’ boss Mark Robins said on Saturday, as per CoventryLive: “He’s someone who we want to keep in touch with and see how things go. But that will come in the next bit, and depends on a number of factors.”
