More than a year later, information about the late quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers is still coming to light.
Pittsburgh Additional information has surfaced from the lawsuit about the passing of Dwayne Haskins, the former quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, who was reportedly drugged and subjected to extortion before to his untimely death in 2022.
While exercising with teammates in Florida, Haskins passed away. He was trying to cross an expressway when a dump truck hit him, allegedly because his car ran out of petrol on the way onto the highway.
Haskins was allegedly drugged and robbed by a gang consisting of one male and three women, according to a complaint filed on the event.
The dump truck is also accused of acting recklessly, speeding, and breaking weight restriction laws. Additionally, it alleges that Haskins’ rented truck had a flaw that caused it to run out of gas.
In addition, the complaint holds that the state failed to post reduced speed restriction signs in a work zone, which may have contributed to the tragic collision.
ESPN reports that the Haskins family has consented to “partial settlements” with the dump truck’s owner, driver, and broker.
