Ole Miss football linebacker Khari Coleman has been “removed from activities,” Rebels coach Lane Kiffin announced following Saturday’s scrimmage.
Coleman was not suited for the scrimmage and has missed the media watching portion of team practice this week.
Last season, the 6-foot-2, 220-pound senior played eight games at linebacker for Ole Miss, starting four. He transferred from TCU prior to the 2022 season.
He tied for the Ole Miss team lead with 10 tackles for loss, totaling 42 tackles on the season and registering 4.5 sacks.
“As you guys know, we handle discipline internally,” Kiffin said. “We always collect all information and everything.”
Transfers Jeremiah Jean-Baptiste and Monty Montgomery played the majority of the first-team linebacker snaps during the scrimmage on Saturday. Jean-Baptiste arrived from UCF, while Montgomery made the switch from Louisville.
